 A Little Love Goes A Long Way.....
All our African Grey Parrots here at Mainely Greys are individuals like you and I, with personalities of their own. Each and every one here is special and when they come to us we love them as our own, because they become "our own"...unconditionaly loved. We are a small homebased African Grey Parrot non-breeding haven for a selected number of retired breeder/wildcaught grey parrots located in Maine on 3 acres. We do accept other birds when we have room, but have found as a whole it is much easier to keep a species specific flock and is much more advantagious to all. This spring we are planning on constructing an outdoor "play area" where our fids can enjoy the benefits of fresh air, sunshine and interaction with each other (weather-permitting) on a daily basis. We do not place untame birds.
