WITH ALL THE BIRDS LIVING AT PARROT HAVEN, YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW MANY NEWSPAPERS I MUST GO THROUGH.
I DEAL WITH SEVERAL LIBRARIES WHO ARE VERY GENEROUS AND SAVE ME THE LARGER PAPERS, SUCH AS THE LAW JOURNAL, THE CHIEF &THE N.Y. TIMES. JEFF IS EVEN NICE TO BRING OUT LOADS OF THE TORONTO STAR, ALL THE WAY FROM CANADA. BUT EVEN AFTER HAVING A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH THE FOLLOWING LIBRARIES, WEST BABYLON, LINDENHURST, COPIAGUE, BETHPAGE & PLAINVIEW-OLD BETHPAGE, IT'S STILL NOT ENOUGH. THE BIRDS JUST GO THROUGH TOO MANY PAPERS.
SO IF AN ANYONE HAS ANOTHER SOURCE FOR THE LARGER NEWSPAPERS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. THE SMALLER PAPERS SUCH AS DAILY NEWS AND THE NEWSDAY, AREN'T GOOD SINCE THEY'RE SO SMALL THAT WHEN THE BIRDS FLAP THEIR WINGS, THOSE PAPERS GO ALL OVER THE PLACE, THUS ALLOWING THE BIRDS TO "MESS" ALL OVER THE FLOOR, MAKING CLEAN UP VERY DIFFICULT.
I WORK IN HICKSVILLE, SO I'M WILLING TO PICK UP THE PAPERS WITHIN THE LINDENHURST- HICKSVILLE VICINITY. PLEASE CONTACT ME AT PARROTADOPTIONS@AOL.COM IF YOU HAVE PAPERS FOR THE BIRDS.
